Anglonauts will then take legal steps, including holding the infringer liable for damages. By registering, You agree to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. You are required to immediately and unambiguously inform Us via the contact details indicated in this document, if you think your personal information, including but not limited to your account, access credentials or personal data, have been violated, unduly disclosed or stolen. Anglonauts reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or delete at any time and without notice, user accounts which it deems inappropriate, offensive or in violation of the Terms. The suspension or deletion of user accounts shall not entitle users to any claims for compensation, damages or reimbursement. The suspension or deletion of accounts due to causes attributable to the user does not exempt the user from paying any applicable fees or prices.

Payment & Fees

Users are informed during the purchasing process and before order submission, about any fees, taxes and costs (including, if any, delivery costs) that they will be charged. Prices on this Website are displayed including all applicable fees, taxes and costs. Information about accepted payment methods will be provided during the purchase process. Some payment methods may only be available with additional conditions or fees. In such cases, relevant information will be displayed in the relevant section of this website. All payments are processed independently through third party services. Therefore, this website does not collect payment information such as credit card details and you will only be notified when your payment is successfully completed. The Owner is under no obligation to fulfill an order if payment by any available method fails or is declined by the payment service provider. We strongly encourage new registered users to try our free content before becoming a subscriber and making a payment. PayPal is an authorized retailer of goods and services provided by Anglonauts.

Subscription period & cancellations

All paid memberships are for a period of 1 month or 1 year (365 days) from the date of payment and are automatically renewed unless cancelled during the subscription period. If a paid membership is cancelled during the subscription period, the active subscription, and therefore access to premium content, will terminate at the end of the current billing period. You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period and You will be able to access the Service until the end of Your current Subscription period.The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period. The Company will provide You with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give You an opportunity to terminate Your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes Your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Delivery, membership plans & membership fees

The Standard Membership allows for access to free content and is free of charge. The Anglonauts service reserves the right to introduce paid subscription plans (Premium Membership and Institutional Membership) which will allow for access to exclusive resources (premium content). Once you set up a new account with your login name and password you will receive an email confirming successful registration. You will then have the opportunity to choose a paid subscription plan in order to access premium content. Once you choose a plan and pay the subscription fee you will then receive a confirmation email from us with a description of the purchased product. The receipt of that email will be deemed delivery of the purchased product to you. In case you cannot register or you do not receive any of the aforementioned emails, please contact us as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within ten days from the date of your order, we will assume that your purchase has been received and delivered to you.Active Premium Membership allows full access to exclusive resources (premium content) for the time periods explained in the preceding sentence. The only exception to full access is when the host server is down due to circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

The Service is and will continue to be the sole property of the Company and its licensors, including all of its original content (aside from Content that is supplied by You or other users), features, and functionality. A subscription purchase does not grant the subscriber any ownership interests in any intellectual property, including any personal property or exclusive copyrights that may belong to the subscription's subject.
